With over 25 years dedicated to transforming healthcare globally, Becky combines her deep nursing expertise with a pioneering spirit in informatics and leadership.

Starting her career with diverse nursing roles across acute care, ambulatory settings, emergency departments, pharma, and nursing education, Becky gained a holistic view of the healthcare ecosystem. Transitioning to informatics, she became a “translator” between clinical and technical teams, leading to an executive role at Cerner (now Oracle Health). There, she contributed to product development, marketing, sales strategy, and consulted with over 300 hospital systems to advance Health IT.

A seasoned leader, Becky excels in assessing culture, optimizing operations, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams. She’s driven by solving complex problems through collaboration and is known for cultivating future leaders. Her expertise spans system-wide initiatives, legacy system optimization, and the implementation of modern technology platforms, all grounded in a commitment to enhancing the user experience.

In addition to her informatics career, Becky founded Vital Circle, a tech-driven company that made events safer during the COVID-19 pandemic. Vital Circle's solutions were instrumental in protecting attendees and communities at high-profile events, including the 2020 Republican National Convention.
